Disclaimer of Liability: True Magnum, LLC acts only as an agent for hunting and fishing outfitters and guides. Therefore, True Magnum, LLC assumes no liability and the client, by acceptance of the services provided, agrees that True Magnum, LLC shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, expense, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, injury or death which results, directly or indirectly, from any act or failure to act, whether negligent or otherwise, or any such hunting and fishing outfitter or guide. The client further agrees that True Magnum, LLC makes no guarantee as to the success, quality and/or quantity of game that may result from any hunting or fishing activity. The client acknowledges that there are inherent dangers involved in hunting and fishing activities and that they may require extreme physical exertion. The client further acknowledges that insurance is available that would provide compensation for lost or damaged luggage, trip cancellation, medical expense/illness and supplier bankruptcy, while planning for or on the trip. Prices and miscellaneous costs are subject to change without notice and client agrees to be responsible for same. The client agrees and understands that True Magnum, LLC shall not be responsible for the return of any deposits and/or payments to the client due to the cancellation or change of schedule, by the client, or by supplier for any reason.
Magnum Bucks Rewards Points: Magnum Bucks are earned on qualifying purchases of hunts, fishing trips or merchandise from the True Magnum online store. Magnum Bucks can be used toward the qualifying purchase of hunts, fishing trips and online store merchandise.
The client understands that he must be a True Magnum Elite Member, in good standing, for “Magnum Bucks” rewards points to be earned or redeemed. Magnum Bucks reward points are forfeited if the membership level drops below “Elite” or if membership is allowed to expire for a period of 60 days or more.
