Elk Rifle Hunt in British Columbia with Outfitter 1030
Not only is this a great Elk hunt, it is also an exciting one. It takes place during the peak of the rut when the elk can be heard bugling and are most active. This outfitter been in the business for over 20 years and knows the best means for hunting these magnificent creatures. They use horses, trucks and quads or side by sides to get around and access backcountry. This is a 7-day hunt with 1x1 guide services. Rifle season has a mandatory 6-point on one side rule. This is to ensure a great population of mature trophy animals. This hunt has a 50% success rate.
Accommodations for this hunt depend on where the elk are. You will either be hunting out of their lodge or travel to one of the spike camps in the backcountry. The spike camp cabins consist of stick frame with wood heat and propane lighting. Most cabins at the spike camp can accommodate 2 hunter and 2 guides. Meals are included in the price.
A secondary species can be added to this hunt for an additional fee. You can choose from whitetail, mule deer or black bear.
