The vast and roadless ecological reserves in Newfoundland are the base for this trophy moose hunt. Our guys have done this moose hunt several time, and we have sent many of our friends and clients on with unparalleled success. This is the most economical way we know of to hunt for trophy moose. Big Canadian moose don’t live near roads which makes it very expensive to get to. With Grand Lake Adventures' quick helicopter access and retrieval, which are included in the hunt, this moose hunt can easily be compared to others that are more than twice the price.
To access the remote area, you and your guide will be transported by helicopter. Once you arrive to the pre-scouted area, you will set up camp and begin your hunt. Game retrieval is done by helicopter as well. Expect to see bulls in the 40-55 inch class.
You will be hard pressed to find another Newfoundland Moose outfitter like Grand Lake Adventures, or even a Newfoundland Moose hunt for that matter.
