Mule Deer Rifle Hunt in Montana
This Montana Mule deer hunt takes place in Northeast Montana, close to the North Dakota border. Hunting is done on leased private land that is well maintained. There has been a high success rate on this hunt over the years. Expect to have a chance at a buck ranging 22-28" in width. This is a fun hunt with a good chance at taking home a buck. Hunting season in Montana runs from late October through November.
The closest airport is in Williston, North Dakota. The outfitter will pick you free of charge and drive you the 30 minutes to camp. The other airports are in Billings, MT or Bismarck, ND, both are about 4 hours away and you will need to rent a car to get to camp.
2023 available dates are October 27 to 31.
This hunt does require you to apply for the Montana draw which opens March 1 and closes April 1. You will need preference points to draw which the outfitter will assist you with.
