The outfitter has controlled access to over 500,000 acres of private ranch land in unit 12 and over 250,000 acres of private ranch land in unit 32 in New Mexico.
Unit 12: Hunting for Mule deer is done in high desert terrain at approximately 7500' up in the timberline. Although this hunt is done at a higher elevation it is considered to be one of the easiest hunt physically. There is not a large population of mule deer in the area, but what deer are there can be in the 180+ range. This hunt is spot and stalk. Price: 1x1 $9,500. Available dates are November 2-6
Unit 32: Hunting is this unit tends to run a higher harvest rate. You can expect to take and deer in the 150-170" class. This hunt is offered in late October through mid November which is pre-rut. It is a spot and stalk hunt in open sandhill terrain at approximately 4000' in elevation. Price: 1x1 - $8,950 plus $150 per night for single occupancy, 2x1 - $7,450. Dates are October 26-30 and November 9-13.

This outfitter does have a Wounding Policy on all hunts. Any animal wounded is considered harvested and you must either recover the animal or spend the remainder of the hunt attempting to harvest it.
