This is a 3-day Premium Waterfowl hunt at Alberta Parkland Waterfowl Professionals in Alberta, Canada. They are located in the heart of Alberta's Parkland which is one of Alberta's richest agricultural regions. Its rich landscape is filled with crop land, abundant sloughs, shallow lakes and lazy rivers, and is home to a large number of nesting waterfowl making it the perfect waterfowl hunting ground.
There is a heavy concentration of migrating Canadian honkers, Specklebelly and Snow Geese not to mention the numerous Mallard, Pintail and Wigeon ducks. This outfitters massive hunting concession holds unpressured migrating birds long into the fall ensuring an abundance of opportunities for hunting throughout the entire season.
Waterfowl season opens September 1 with hunting local ducks and geese; mainly Mallards, Pintails and greater Canadian geese. Migrating birds usually arrive a few weeks into the season with fully fledged ducks, Specklebelly, or white fronted geese, snow and Ross geese, and lesser Canadians. If you like cooler temperatures later in the season, then this is the time to book your hunt. Hunting is at its finest during this time and there is a high possibility of filling your limit on both duck and geese.
