Whitetail Deer Rifle Hunt in South Dakota
This outfitter has leased some incredible ranches in Central South Dakota for whitetail archery hunting. Archery hunters are consistently harvesting bucks in the 140-160" class. On average you can expect to see 10-20 bucks per day. Historically this hunt has a 90-100% harvest rate. Primary hunting methods are spot and stalk along with ground blinds. Hunting is done in mid November during the peak of the rut.
You must apply for a special buck landowner drawing in mid April.

- 2x1 guiding
- Motel accommodations
- Quartering and caping
Not included in the price:
- License $285 (Purchased over the counter)
- Sales Tax of 6%
- 1x1 guiding - $7,500 plus $150 per day for motel accommodations
This outfitter does have a Wounding Policy on all hunts. Any animal wounded is considered harvested and you must either recover the animal or spend the remainder of the hunt attempting to harvest it.
