This is an 11-day Grizzly bear hunt in Alaska. Grizzlies are hunted in Western Alaska and Unalakleet, Alaska. The terrain in this area is pretty rugged so being in good physical condition is highly recommended. During the May hunts, they will often use boats to get around.
There is only one season for hunting Grizzly Bears. The dates are September 1-20. Call to find out date availability.

- Black bear can be taken for a trophy fee of $6,500
Meat/Trophy Shipping: We will take care of getting your meat/trophy from the field to Anchorage to the Wildlife Gallery via lake Clark Air. We don't have the facilities to flesh, salt and dry your hide in the field it will be done at The Wildlife Gallery in Wasilla. They charge $850 for turning, salting, drying, and cleaning the skull plate and/or bear skull. The will also take care of sealing the bera for ou. We recommend you have them mount your moose or bear but if you have your own taxidermist they will take care of shipping it to the taxidermist of your choice. Shipping cost will depend on location.
